The supported living service is perfect for clients who do not want to live in residential care but find it challenging to stay at home. We can provide complementary services such as help with shopping, washing and meal preparation. This helps you to live the life you want, with the support of our friendly team. Shabach Healthcare has many years of experience assisting the elderly, young people, clients with disabilities and mental health issues.

We will work with your family and loved ones from the initial call, putting their needs first. We prioritise the things that are important to them giving you peace of mind that their needs are met.
Independent living
Helping our clients stay independent for longer. We are completely flexible and will be there for you when you need us. For some this can mean help with daily activities, companionship or a sense of security. Whatever your needs and circumstances, talk to us today to find out about how we can help you.
We use a person-centred approach as we understand that each person is different.
We will be there for you when you need us, for some this might mean a few hours during the day and for others 24 hours a day.
We design a personalised support plan together with you, settings goals and working with you to achieve these.
