Team building day!

Last Friday was our very first team building day of the year, a day filled with lots of team building activities. We also used this day as an opportunity to deliver some training in person.

Sometimes carers may need to move and handle those they care for. This is a delicate task that requires an understanding of both the theory and practice of safe handling. At Shabach, we make sure our carers are adequately trained so that our clients are safely assisted to wherever they need to be.

This training program ensures that our clients continue, to enjoy their privacy, maintain their dignity and independence whilst being able to enjoy mobility as they carry out their day-to-day tasks with ease.

Team building

Due to the pandemic, it was difficult for everyone to see each other and feel part of the bigger team. The training day was a good opportunity for everyone to meet each other, especially for those who joined during the pandemic. Team building allows us to see how we can work better as a team.
